May Kwong

An expert in organisation redesign and professional development, May has helped some of the world’s fastest growing companies to develop and motivate their current and future leaders.

At Learnitect, May leads a team of experienced coaches to design and deliver powerful training programmes to support new managers and graduates at fast-growing startups, scale-ups and ambitious organizations.

May holds an MBA from London Business School, where she was awarded the Forte Foundation Fellowship for women’s leadership. She is a qualified coach.

Flick is a member of design thinking-based OpenIDEO London’s leadership team and has combined years of experience in media, learning and mentoring start-ups to launch Habit, arming companies with the tools and culture to succeed in the innovation economy.

 

Catherine Duquette

Speaking coach, writer and performer, Catherine has helped many professionals improve their presence and connect with their audience. She is a graduate of New York University and a Fullbright Fellow.

Jide Fadojutimi

Jide is a trainer and coach, working across sectors on presence, impact & connection. He has a particular focus on Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging to foster cultures that boost high performance. He regularly trains members of the British Army along with private sector organisations such as Kearney, Dentsu, Coca-Cola & Superdry.

Harriette Foster

Harriette began her career at global management consultancy Bain & Company, and currently works with not-for-profit organizations to build better cultures and improve their social impact.She is a qualified coach. She holds an MSc from University of Durham.

Laura Coffey

Laura has worked in strategic roles across the public, private & non profit sectors including Accenture and the Prime Minister’s Delivery and Strategy Units. She has served as Deputy Director of Digital for the Cabinet Office and as Chief of Staff to the CEO of TSB. She is a qualified coach. She holds an MA from University of Cambridge.

One.

For this well known global food delivery tech company, we designed leadership training for their highest potential leaders through multiple Leadership Prorgrammes and global team offsites. We co-designed these programmes with the HR and Heads of Business.

For this leading player in travel tech industry, we co-designed a workshop to help create a culture of feedback. We designed training materials and trained senior leadership and HR Business Partners, who subsequently led the roll-out across the globe.
