We’ll draw on our deep understanding of how people learn and the skills needed for ambitious organisations to thrive, to design a comprehensive programme.
The course outline will be sent to you for approval, including our recommended learning modules, homework, group size, programme length and any additional elements such as one to one coaching. Once you have reviewed the programme, we’ll jump on a one hour call to run through it together, make any adjustments and confirm training dates.
The Learnitect faculty will deliver face to face or virtual training, gathering feedback between sessions to make sure we’re on the right track.
We take charge of onboarding, course communications and collecting feedback, so you can focus on your work.
Participants will complete weekly assignments to practice new tools in the field.
If any problems pop up, we adapt quickly and will always proactively suggest ways to solve challenges.
At the end of each programme, we will support participant with relevant resources and review the feedback with you to capture the learnings.

We can also design training programmes and standalone workshops for small groups at a schedule that suits you.
We work with many cohorts of mixed experience levels. Groups are divided into roles that include people management responsibilities and those without.
Within each group, there may be mixed experience levels. We will adapt the discussion topics in the programme to adapt to the levels of experience present in the group.
We have over 5 years of experience working with startups, scale-ups and fast growing corporates on leadership and individual contributor training. We work like you - we adapt quickly and continuously improve.
